ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Prevention

and Wellness

The future of chiropractic is both figuratively and literally in your hands. EBC'19 aims to create a forum where you can deliver, access and debate contemporary chiropractic research. Aimed at researchers, academics, educationists and practising chiropractors. It is hoped that this year's conference will provide a forum to stimulate productive growth for the profession through the commissioning and incorporation of robust and clinically applicable evidence within the chiropractic profession.

'EBC'19-Prevention and Wellness' will bring together presenters from across the Chiropractic profession and the University of Oxford's Nuffield Department of Clinical Health Sciences. The aim of the weekend is to look at various aspects of ongoing healthcare that the chiropractor can offer his or her patient, based on current research and understanding. When published the full timetable can be found here.

The conference is being held at Oxford University's Blavatnik School of Government with the conference dinner being held in the Radcliffe Observatory at Green Templeton College on the Saturday evening.

Conference Ticket Price:  £137.50

About the EBC initiative

The idea behind this conference is a simple one; to create an inclusive apolitical and aphilosophical forum for all those within the chiropractic profession through which to disseminate and debate chiropractic research and its practical application.

The first colloquium was held in Oxford in June 2017 and brought together delegates from all the chiropractic colleges and professional associations. Its success has driven the establishment of this conference at which which we hope you will join us.
