If you are thinking of staying in Oxford for the Friday and/or Saturday night there are plenty of rooms to be found in and around the city. Parking is expensive, so you might want to make use of one of the park and ride facilities around the city, or consider JustPark.com.
Accommodation is again fairly expensive, as you would expect from a tourist city. Many of the delegates will be staying either at Keble College or a nearby college, which are a short walk from the Blavatnik School of Government. You can book a room in one of the colleges via universityrooms.com, For example, at the time of writing there were 29 rooms available for bed and breakfast as nearby Keble College at £59 a night and the Premier Inn at nearby Cowley was still offering rooms £137.50 for two nights for a double or family room.
Keble is a Victorian college and is just a short walk from both the Blavatnik School. Some of the rooms are in the older buildings and overlooking the main quad and others in newer annexes. If you stay here breakfast is served in the hall, which is quite an experience.
